Legal Information & Cancellation Policy

1. Who we are

Heynow is a brand of Quantik Group. The Heynow software — cloud-based AI agents — is provided by AVATECH SA (RUT 214388180016, Uruguay; phone +598 99 680 478). Heynow is sold and implemented through authorized partners, and is not normally sold directly to the end client.

2. Scope

Heynow is the manufacturer and provider of the software. Because it is sold and implemented through partners, who you contact about cancellation depends on how you bought it — see Sections 3 and 4.

3. If you contracted through a Partner

When the service is contracted through an authorized partner:

• The service contract is between you and the partner — Heynow is not a party to it.
• The commercial terms — price, duration, and cancellation conditions — are set by that partner.
• To cancel, change, or end the service, contact your partner directly and follow their terms and notice periods.
• Heynow does not intervene in the cancellation terms agreed between the partner and the client.

Tip: your partner's contact details are usually on your invoice, and the notice periods are in your partner contract — that is where most cancellation issues arise, so check those dates.

4. If you contracted directly with Heynow

In the exceptional case that you contracted directly with Heynow, cancellation must be requested in writing, respecting the notice period set in your contract. The specific conditions are those stated in that contract.

5. Effects of cancellation
