This Privacy Policy explains how AVATECH SA handles the personal data collected through the Heynow website, in line with Uruguay's Ley N° 18.331 on the Protection of Personal Data, overseen by the Unidad Reguladora y de Control de Datos Personales (URCDP).
It covers the data we collect on this website — for example, when you complete a form or browse the site. If you are a Heynow client, the data processed by our AI agents in production (the conversations) is governed by your service contract and Data Processing Agreement (DPA), not by this website policy.

2. What we collect on this website
- Information you give us — when you complete a contact or demo form: name, work email, phone, company, and your message.
- Technical data — IP address, device and browser type, and how you use the site, collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 4).
We do not seek to collect sensitive data through this website.

We do not use your data for unrelated purposes, and we do not sell it.
4. Cookies and analytics
This website uses cookies for basic operation and PostHog for analytics, to understand how the site is used and improve it. We do not use any other analytics or third-party advertising tools. Where required, we ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies.
5. Who we share it with
We share website data only with the service providers that help us operate the site, under confidentiality terms — currently Vercel (hosting) and PostHog (analytics).
6. International transfers
Some of our providers — for example, Vercel and PostHog — may process data outside Uruguay, including in the United States. In those cases we rely on the safeguards permitted by Ley 18.331.
7. How long we keep it
We keep contact-form data for 365 days after your last interaction with us, then delete or anonymize it.
8. Your rights
Under Ley 18.331 you may access, rectify, update, include, or delete your data, and object to certain uses. Access is free once every six months. To exercise these rights, write to privacidad@heynowagents.ai. You may also file a claim with the URCDP (gub.uy/unidad-reguladora-control-datos-personales).

9. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the data we hold, and review them periodically.
10. Children
This website is intended for business use and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect data from minors here.
